Diabetes is one of the major non-communicable diseases posing a persistent public health burden worldwide. Nearly 600 million adults live with diabetes globally (IDF Atlas 2025), with projections reaching 850 million by 2050. This project explores the interplay between lifestyle choices and diabetes risk using a Random Forest classifier in R, including feature importance analysis.
